Changes proposed in this pull request:

• Support building Proxy Native via GraalVM CE for JDK 25. This involves the patch at [GR-47365, GR-48191] Ability to Express all JVM Types in Reachability Metadata oracle/graal#7476 and [GR-60457] [GR-52400] Revise heuristic for memory usage of Native Image build process. oracle/graal#10441 . There is now a way to define the JSON for lambda classes created by awaitility. Due to GraalVM's changes to memory allocation for Github Actions scenarios, -DjvmArgs=-XX:MaxRAMPercentage=85.0 is no longer required. This is the successor to Remove GraalVM Reachability Metadata and nativeTest related to Etcd's Cluster mode integration #37356 .
• Bump GraalVM Native Build Tools to 0.11.3. This involves the patch at Remove the default Maven phase bound to the metadata-copy Maven goal to simplify the use of integration tests graalvm/native-build-tools#748 .
• Fix incorrect host paths in the seata documentation.
